Priority to our on-site contract customers always comes first, closely followed by a call out structure which ensures that you are never kept waiting for longer than is absolutely necessary to get your system up & running as fast as possible. Loan PC systems & monitors are available as a temporary solution if required. These are available at a very low daily rate. In case of total computer or network failure, such clients will automatically jump to the front of the queue.
